Business Intelligence - Value Adding functionality at no additional cost


At no additional cost use Business Intelligence (BI) tools, built into the eRAD to understand and strategically manage your business relationships in greater detail. For example, track relationship approach and performance over time for a nominated relationship by completing eRADs at regular intervals and plotting the results on the 0 to 10RM matrix.

For Option 1 'Single 1 Party', Option 2 'Multiple 1 Party' and Option 3 '2 Party' eRADs, Business Intelligence functionality exists whereby the Respondent (Option 1) and Sponsor/Viewer (Option 2 & 3) are able to analyse individually or collectively the completed eRADs they have completed or sponsored. Customised eRADs can then be produced and distributed to respondents and others. Depending on the selection of the eRAD respondents, the sponsor has the ability to segment and analyse eRAD results into selected categories or criteria. For example: For example:

  • customer and supplier relationships e.g. internal and/or external
  • location e.g. states, countries, regions
  • internal functions/departments/business units e.g. within or between sales, marketing, operations, maintenance, IT, procurement, HR etc
  • individual or grouped respondent eRADs in contrast or comparison to the full group analysis
  • intra 'Our Team' and inter 'Our Team, Their Team' analysis within large global, regional, national customer/supplier relationships
The eRAD Business Intelligence functionality provides the means to understand the relationship from different perspectives. The following examples are possible scenarios:
  • The National Sales Manager requests State Sales Managers to act as Sponsors to invite Account Managers to participate as eRAD respondents on nominated customer accounts. On completion of the eRADs a multi party analysis can be conducted by state and/or by customer.
  • The Chief Procurement Officer requests State Procurement/Supply Managers to act as Sponsors to invite Supply Officers to participate as eRAD respondents on nominated Supplier / Service Provider accounts. On completion of the eRADs a multi party analysis can be conducted by state and/or by suppler or service provider.
  • A large and critically important global account can be looked at from the perspective of different interacting business units, products lines, functions and departments, sites, locations, regions, countries. This can be done from a Multiple 1 Party (Our Team) perspective or a 2 Party (Our Team, Their Team) perspective.
  • Operations and Maintenance divisions within the one organisation seeking a better understanding of their relationships across different sites and locations.
The Business Intelligence functionality is limited only by the creativity of the users.

Once two or more eRADs are completed, a database of information is created and stored. The ability to then sort and analyse the data generated will give additional insight and value for the eRAD respondents and their relationships. This information will be freely accessible to eRAD members for further analysis.

For example:
  1. Track relationship approach and performance over time for a nominated relationship by completing eRADs at regular intervals and plotting the results on the 0 to 10RM matrix.
  2. Strategically manage relationship groups or segments (e.g. customer, supplier, market sector, stakeholder, internal relationships) by plotting current states and desired future states for multiple relationships on a single 0 to 10RM matrix.
  3. Data can be aggregated from multiple 1 Party eRADs completed for the same relationship, within the same time window, and a summary eRAD report produced. For example this can occur when a number of individuals from one of the parties to the relationship complete and pay for separate 1 Party eRADs. Both the spread of individual scores and the aggregated summary score are of interest.

The eRAD My Lists Business Intelligence functionality will allow facility will allow the eRAD members themselves to self select what relationships, which variables and over what timeframes they wish to analyse the data. The eRAD database will then automatically ‘cut and sort’ the data as requested and produce the results on the 0 to 10RM matrix. Members will only be able to access eRAD results that they have completed and that are stored via their secure username and password.
